The Spark to Creativity” Artist Talk by Larry Le Brane “Where do your ideas come from?” That’s the question people most often ask mixed media & glass artist Larry Le Brane. You're cordially invited to Larry’s Artist Talk, "The Spark to Creativity,” Monday, June 19, 2023, 5-7 pm at Art Center Morro Bay. He will share the CREATIVE JOURNEY & INSPIRATION behind his eclectic art, including his most ambitious to date, “Largemouth Bassoon off the Hook." This sculpture is featured with 130 upscale artworks in our juried exhibit "Central Coast Artists Collective Presents: Craftmakers, Photographers & Sculptors,” on view daily through Monday, June 26. Some guests are returning with friends & family at night to drive by at night to see “Largemouth Bassoon off the Hook” illuminated. BRING your questions & curiosity when the Los Osos artist will share stories, photos, video & humor to describe how he originally began including musical instruments in his fused glass artwork, leading to his current large Bass/Bassoon sculpture in our front window.
