Welcome to Absolution Cellars! We specialize in limited-production, handcrafted, single-vineyard wines from select vineyards all throughout the beautiful Central Coast. With over 20 different varieties and wines made each year, you'll find something to please every palate. Each wine that we make is the best version of itself - a unique portrait of place and time, an honest expression of where and when the grapes were grown.

Our charming Waterside Tasting Lounge on the Embarcadero in picturesque Morro Bay welcomes you for indoor and outdoor wine tastings. Reservations preferred, but walk-ins welcome (space permitting). We are open Daily: Saturdays and Sundays from 10am-6pm, and Monday thru Friday from 12pm-6pm, with the last tastings at 5pm. We sometimes have special hours due to events and private tastings so it’s always best to call or book ahead.

Tasting flights are $20 per person and feature 6 of our handcrafted wines. Each Tasting Fee is waived with a $50 purchase (per person) or Wine Club Membership.
